I provide personal assessments that will help you determine your mind-body type. I will provide you with a report of the findings, along with recommendations and resources.

GROUP WELLNESS

I am able to do Presentations to groups up to 10 people to help you learn about Ayurveda and guide you through some practices. Great for team building days.

(1 hour session, everyone learns their constitution, how to understand each other better, and information to take away)
